For devices covered by Onsite Warranty Service Lexmarks Technical Support service will attempt to resolve the issue remotely which may require purchasers assistance including updating settings firmware or software. Where we are unable to resolve the issue remotely we will arrange for a technician to service the device at purchasers location. Lexmarks response times vary by location. If a service call is logged in the Lexmark call management system after 230pm local time the call will be managed as if it were received the following business day.   • Zone 1 capital cities - within 50km of a service location a Lexmark technician will respond onsite within the next business day.
  • Zone 2 major regional centres - within 100km of a service lcoation Lexmark will respond onside within three business days.
  • Zone 3 other locations - outside 100km of a service location Lexmark will respond onsite within six business days.
